Volume 1 sounds like Skip Spence took his acid and spent the day jamming with Gibby Haynes, John Fahey, and Ali Akbar Khan as Ry Cooder sat in the corner too weirded out to play while Brian Eno sat at the console hitting the echo chamber with a bag of marbles.
