Covers the history of Keyser's (pop. 5,000) underground music scene from the early-1980s to the present. It's totally unheralded and obscure despite the high volume of great music coming out of there, from psych-punk, industrial, skewed pop, and beyond.

The zine is comprised of a long interview with Bunk Nesbit, player in many of the bands and head of the Red Nail Music label, who archives all of the music via Bandcamp (unfortunately no physical releases since the tape trading days of the '80s/90s). There's also an interview with Craig Smith, who made the underground super 8 short Psychedelic Glue Sniffin' Hillbillies in Keyser.
