PURPLE DYE - "LIKE ECSTACY" CS

PURPLE DYE:

Like Ecstasy was recorded on Garageband in a suburban bedroom during the summer lockdown of late 2020 and explores the different states of mind that can occur when listening to a singular element, loop or sample.

The songs were written instinctively and the mixing notes came about from many drives to and from Edithvale beach. Some of the tracks were recorded at ungodly hours of the morning after unrelenting dreams whilst other were tracked in between episodes of The Sopranos.
