BRICK WINDOWS - "CADAVRE EXQUIS" 7"

LULUS: Paint peeling garage in the down under style, a blend of modern and 60's. Their record label references The Saints, X, The Scientists and Eddy Current Suppression Ring. These are all good reference points but Brick Windows don't sound like just another band who leaned into that style. There's something a little aged and grizzled to it. Good, diverse 4-track EP. Makes you want to sit in the garage after a day at the beach and sip with the shoes off, and maybe have a bash for old times sake. Cool stuff.
